The Information We Collect.

Other Collected Information

All users who identify themselves as coaches will have access to all of your personal information that you submit to your inRecruit profile including, but not limited to, your email address, phone number, address, school information and any other personal information that you input into your inRecruit profile. These coaches may contact you from time to time from within the Site or even outside of the Site. The information you provide may also be shared with other select organizations to enable colleges and universities to contact you. In some cases, you and your family may also receive information from non-profit and for-profit organizations and government agencies, including offers for educational products and services such as student loans and financial aid, college admissions and tutorial services, extra-curricular enrichment and recognition programs, career, employment and military opportunities, and camps.
How We Use Your Personal Information.
We use your personal information to provide you with products or services that you have requested, to respond to questions or communications and to get in touch with you when necessary. For example, we may use your personal information to communicate with you or to send you information that you have requested. Except as otherwise set forth on the Site, in addition, we may send to you an e-mail offering products or services which we think you may be interested in or to ask you to participate in a survey. We do not consider any companies that are within our “family” of companies to be “third parties” for purposes of this policy. Thus, we may also share personal information provided online with companies affiliated with or owned directly or indirectly by our CVIHype, Inc., D/B/A inRecruit (“inRecruit”). Any of these companies may use and further share this information in the same ways we do. However, if we pass on personal information to a family company, we require that it protect such information in a manner that is consistent with this policy and your expressed preferences. For example, a family company may send to you an e-mail regarding special offers and announcements about products or services that it thinks might be of interest to you. A family company may also contact you offline. If you want to opt-out from our (or a family company) using the personal information you provided in these ways, please contact us.
We use your email address and your other personal information to help us efficiently operate the Site, to contact you in connection with your transactions and other activities on the Site (including, but not limited to, verification emails or important news that could affect your relationship with inRecruit.com), and to forward messages to you from other inRecruit.com users. These communications may also contain commercial messages, such as banner ads and special offers. We also use personal information to send you newsletters, information, offers and other promotional materials for inRecruit.com’s or third parties’ goods or services. We may attempt to send you offers that are of value to you, such as discounts, exclusive offers or special event information. To stop receiving communication from us you may also delete your account at any time which you can do at any time by logging into your account and going to “Delete Account”. By purchasing, or registering or making reservations for, products or services offered or sponsored by third parties on the Site, or electing to receive communications (such as emails or magazine subscriptions) or electing to participate in contests, sweepstakes or other programs (such as discount or rewards programs), offered or sponsored by third parties on the Site, you consent to our providing your personal information to those third parties. You will need to contact those third parties to instruct them directly regarding your preferences for the use of your personal information by them. This technology is used to measure the effectiveness of advertisements on such other Websites that promote Co-Branded Pages. Further, such third parties may use the information collected through this technology to learn more about your visits to this Site and other Websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Any third party with whom we are allowed to share your personal information is authorized to use your personal information in accordance with our contractual arrangements with such third parties and in accordance with their own privacy policies, over which we have no control, and you agree that we are not responsible or liable for any of their actions or omissions. Those who contact you will need to be instructed directly by you regarding your preferences for the use of your personal information by them.
Updating or Removing Your Personal Information.
You may update or change your personal information at any time by contacting us and, where applicable, by updating your account profile.
How We Share Your Personal Information.

Companies with whom we might share your personal information may include consumer products, telecom, sports, financial, military, market research, entertainment, and educational services companies and their third party service providers. If you want us to stop sharing your personal information with these companies, please contact us. If we do share personal information with a non-affiliated company, to the extent practical, we require that they protect such information in a manner that is consistent with this policy. We cannot, however, guarantee how these non-affiliated companies will use your personal information.
Use and Disclosure of Anonymous Information.

Please note that we may require up to sixty (60) days to fully remove your email and/or postal mail information from our mailings. Following your opt-out, please be aware that we, or our affiliates, may continue to contact you via email or postal mail for administrative or informational purposes, including, but not limited to, follow-up messages regarding the administration of your account, any services, features or functions you have affirmatively enrolled in or registered to use, any promotions or sweepstakes you have participated in or have entered, goods, services or products you have ordered or other transactions you have undertaken on the Site. Collection of Information By Others.
We may from time to time allow other companies, called ad networks, to serve advertisements to inRecruit users. Ad networks include third party ad servers, ad agencies, ad technology vendors and research firms. inRecruit may “target” some ads to users that fit a certain general profile.
To deliver these ads properly, inRecruit may include a file, called a web beacon, from these ad networks within pages served by inRecruit so the networks may provide anonymized, aggregated auditing, research and reporting for advertisers as well as to target ads to you while you visit other websites.
Because your web browser must request these advertisements and web beacons from the ad network’s servers, these companies can view, edit or set their own cookies, just as if you had requested a web page from their site.
These general targets may also be used by ad networks to display targeted ads on other websites as a substitute for random, irrelevant ads. You will never see additional ads as a result of being aninRecruit user and inRecruit never provides personally identifiable information to any advertiser nor any third party.
As you use the Internet, a trail of electronic information is left at each web site you visit. This information, which is sometimes referred to as “Clickstream Data,” can be collected and stored by a web site’s server. Clickstream Data can tell us the type of computer and browsing software you use and the address of the web site from which you linked to the Site. We may use Clickstream Data as a form of non-personal information to anonymously determine how much time visitors spend on each page of the Site, how visitors navigate throughout the Site and how we may tailor our web pages to better meet the needs of visitors. Under 13 Children:
Although our site is directed primarily at high school students, we understand that children under the age of 13 may be interested in materials accessible from our site. At the present time, children under 13 may not create a profile on our site however such child’s Parent or Legal Guardian (“Responsible Adult”) may create a profile on such child’s behalf (“U-13 Profile”). All U-13 Profiles must be managed and maintained by the child’s Responsible Adult at all times. We will make the proper disclosures on our site to make other users aware that such Responsible Adult is maintain a U-13 Profile.
Special Note for Parents.
We will not knowingly accept personal information from anyone under 13 years old in violation of applicable laws.
